When were you banned: 7/15/2014

Which server were you banned from: Potion PvP

Ban Reason and disconnection message: Damage Indicator Not Allowed

Any real evidence to dispute: Yea i was live streaming and testing a few new mods for pvp and i was using Damage Indicator.

Why you think you should be unbanned: I was not aware that that mod wasn't allowed. I love to play on the potion pvp server because its lots of fun and good practice. I will not use that mod on that server anymore if i get unbanned.
