Why do they change periodically, for example? Do they just pick randomly the things on it?I mean, I'm guessing it's now completely random otherwise MCSG would obviously not always be on it… But how does it work?
Also, Build UHC is not put on it so that it is not saturated? If they would put it there I'm guessing all the arenas on the server would be used by build?

Yeah, ginie decides what ladders will rotate each week.Usually, MCSG, Combo, 1 bow ladder, 1 pot ladder are there so everyone will be satisfied. Even despite the popularity, BuildUHC has not been in the unranked selection yet because of the reason you said – not too many arenas, will decrease donations, might cause some extra lag etc.
