They can still be bought but pass cant be changed or email, and name cant easily hackable

Mojang went and reclaimed recently a very large number of accounts that were unmigrated and cracked and sold for $1 to be migrated in an attempt to stop the selling of these cheap accounts. I personally lost about 4-5 alts due to this.
