Plz if you are a developer, out of the goodness of your heart, make a plugin that gets rid of the attack cooldown. That's it. There is nothing else I need to say. Plex is 1.8 compatible though. It's pretty bad because some people have 1.9 perks, and others have 1.8. Some 1.9 perks don't work so it's a waste tbh.
