Butter fly/jitter click question

Hi I've been wondering if it's allowed for people to butterfly click or hitter click with two fingers. As I was reading the rules I noticed that it said in one place one click one finger one something. The part it says one finger makes me wonder because some people jitter click with two fingers and butterfly click with always two fingers can someone help me understand?

ik some people who jitter with 2 fingers but it's weird and doesn't produce the better results
