Well, I got a new ladder suggestion, a full out god apple (gapple pvp) ladder. I know many people will say "Badlion Faction ladder has god apples" but this is different, let me explain.I am personally not a gapple pvper, but I see many gapple pvpers some on the server, and ask to "/duel me for gapple 1v1". The badlion faction ladder isn't gapple pvp, it has a cooldown, and no extra sets, the items for the ladder will be said below.
> Stack of god apples, no cooldown
> Vanilla potions
> No debuffs
> 1 extra set only
> Ender pearls allowed
> No punch 2s on bows maybe?

I know many of you will probably say no to this because you think gapple pvp is bad or noobish, but many players on Badlion are gapple pvpers. I am personally not one, but many are.

Disallow the extra set, I think matches may end up too long.I don't play sword ladders much, though, I probably don't know what I'm talking about.

Extra sets are a big part of Gapple PvP, but to avoid to long of a fight, I think there should only be one extra set, some gapple pvpers bring like 3 sets, but many would rather duel with only 1 extra though. @Morsinius

For some reason on Badlion, most of the best ladders never get played :/ (Old Legacy & Alternative)I don't really support this, players already play enough of all ladders, simply by adding another one wouldn't fit in the sequence.

Would need to change the time limit on ranked matches. I honestly can't take gapple pvp seriously. If you think it's hard to kill high ping player in vanilla/hcf try it when they never even need to health pot.Posted on 17 July 2014 - 07:29 PM

i played gapple pvp before, matches don't last that long. One extra set with 2 extra buffs is fine. Matches last 2-4 minutes but with the cooldown and insta's I'd say there's the chance of a match finishing early considering the buff strength. If you think matches will really last this long, remove unbreaking or something; that's why people never played Alternative (long matches).
