Staff On ArenaPvP

The staff on ArenaPvP are honestly a joke. You message them going mental because you're getting drained by hackers and they just mute you and do nothing about it, absolutely pathetic. No wonder why you need an anti cheat because staff do nothing but when kids are ghost clienting, bypassing your gcheat they can just hack freely and when you report them nothing happens and everyone on the server has learnt that reporting them does absolutely f*** all. Either recruit better staff or improve your gcheat. For a PvP server you'd think staff wouldn't mute you for going mental about a blatant hacker. I know I'll get some fan boys replying to this thread saying "staff try hard" or "staff are busy" IF THEY ARE BUSY DON'T BE F****** STAFF AND IF THEY'RE TRYING HARD WHY ARE THERE STILL SO MANY HACKERSPosted on 15 March 2016 - 05:10 PM

Comrade iScott,how can you know they ignore your report? It doesn't mean they are not watching because they do not reply to your report. Perhaps, they are watching but the footage they record is not sufficient enough to ban the possible hacker. Please, realize that if a mod falsely bans a user during a ranked match, it can cost their rank.
Sadly, many reports nowadays are incorrect, moderators do spend a lot of time checking those as well, which makes their job significantly harder.
Before complaining about the staff's "flaws", make sure that you do not do them
– (not saying you do this, but in case…) spamming staff, insulting them, reporting legit players because of rage etc.
