Can I get this account unbanned?

So a couple months back, I won an account giveaway and I received an alt. However, I just now noticed that this alt has been GCheated by this server two times.

If I were to provide proof I won this account VIA giveaway, would I be able to get this account unbanned? I want to be able to use it as a smurf account. I don't want to login with this account to /register either cause I feel like then I'd get IP banned and I'm deathly scared of that.

Can a mod please help? What should I do?

You should register that account on the forums and go here. I don't think you can get unbanned with the reasoning that you won it somewhere, but you need to take the responsibility from the ban. Ask an admin or mod, I'm not sure

I mean, I don't feel comfortable about risking getting IP banned and having to take responsibility for something that isn't my fault.

Can a staff member please help?

Unless you're already banned on another account and log on a new account that's banned then it's the only way to get IP banned. You have to appeal it

Oh, so one account banned means no IP ban?

I guess I'll appeal then.

Yeah, it takes two or more accounts to get banned on the same IP to trigger an IP ban

It is 2 or more bans on 2+ accounts as @torace said. Not 2 or more GCheat bans on 1 account.
