I make videos cheating on Badlion
However i don't have a 4k youtube channel, and I'm not friends with various senior staff members.
Do you think i'd get unbanned?

No, because we have no method of judging your sincerity and you have no incentive not to cheat again.
Liv's channel and friendships give the owners a way of knowing how sincere he is, and the threat of losing those friendships is an additional barrier between him and cheating again.
I believe that ultimately, he's not irredeemable. If he hacks again, he's gone forever. Done. If not, he becomes a member of our community again, and may even become an example to other cheaters. I see no issue.

Where did you come up with this bullshit? My appeal could show how sincere i am just the same as he did with the video, so because he has a large channel and fanbase (which he gained from hacking on this server if you've forgotten) you are saying he is more likely to get unbanned than I am. Now the mod handbook might've changed from the last time i read it, however i don't recall reading the part where it said if they have a fairly large channel with a 'hurr durr im so sowwi badlion :(((' video they should be taken more seriously than someone in the same situation, but with no video of them crying about how sorry they are and no large channel.
