Recently I've been getting lag-spikes like you can see in this video, more specifically at 0:04-0:06, 0:08-0:09 and 0:14-0:16It is not my wifi, since I get them in singleplayer as well. Any idea on how to fix it/what could be causing it?

Surprisingly enough, it's back.0:05-0:08
I get these lagspikes every ~5 seconds on both multiplayer and singleplayer
If anyone has any idea of what's happening/what could be causing it please feel free to reply

Press F3, check your Memory usage, this used to happen to me when it got into 90% and higher. If it happens, restart your Minecraft, try to assign more memory to it (quick Google search will show you how).

You have to try the memory modifications
