Allowed to have any special ranks on blacklisted servers?
It's not entirely clear here: https://www.badlion.net/wiki/blacklisted-servers
I know a streamer here that I think has the Twitch rank, and I saw him have the "VIP" rank on L3q4cy network
Ik posting anything about blacklisted servers will result in a ban so I have cropped out thier requirements for "VIP"

I do not know if this person has done a stream or video yet, but I see him on the server having a special rank for yt'ers/streamers
