We're not at the point of hiring unqualified moderators and never will be.If you're truly suggesting to lower the standards, not only will you be complaining a lot more, due to the sheer fact that these mods aren't doing shit correctly because of them being unqualified at first. But you'll soon be whining about "how toxic the staff team is" or "how lazy the mods are" when point in fact, it was all because of your suggestion to lower the standards.
The staff team's fine as it is, the standards stay relatively high for a reason and you can't expect a mod to answer your report instantly. Don't spew shit and apply for yourself. See just how hard and stressful it is to reply to every single report sent to soon later be hated on quite badly for not replying to one report.

I'm not saying that we need to lower our standards, but to have a requirement for staff so that they have to have at least 3 hours on Badlion moderating per day or something like that… because as other people said, 1 staff member can't deal with a report every 10 seconds. I doubt 2 or 3 can either. As someone said before, staff aren't employees, they are players too, but they carry that tag for a reason, to moderate. Granted, there is a handful of staff who only meet the bare minimum requirements just to keep the rank, but that is a small minority. As a Manager, I can keep tabs on my mods to see how well they perform in game and on the forums, and the reality is, players have NO IDEA how much work these mods put into the server. Just because they're not on the 1/10 arena servers you are or at the same time as you, does not mean they don't do work.
