Completely right in all points except for the FnS part of BuildUHC, people are gonna run turn around and fns spam and keep running, it's piss annoying.

Please consider the following1. A kit similar to uhc or ironbuilduhc, but there would only be bow rod and sword (preferable full iron without enchants). This is the perfect kit for warming up!
2. Only put 10-32 arrows in build, I can understand 48, but some people just take the fun out of BuildUHC and bow spam
3. Take out bows and arrows in ironbuild or just a less op bow, bow in ironbuild does about 2-3 hearts fully charged back, a bit op don't you think?
4. Put fns or 1 LAVA BUCKET TO IRONBUILD
5. Take out Horse, no reason of having it in ranked, but I don't mind in unranked. And if some1 is bad at horse, but doesn't really know yet and plays 1 game of horse or more they will most likely just get their elo drained for no reason
6. add rod to Diamond and/or Iron
I think that is it thanks for reading and I really hope these get implemented into the game :D!
