Appeal Wait Time
On the appeal section, where you see:
Status:
Staff Member:

There should be an additional column of how long the average wait time it is for certain staff members, for example when it is given to a senior staff member they are expected to be more busy than most so the wait time would be longer. It seems unfair when people wait quite a while, only to have their appeal denied for not responding within 24 hours because they have no idea when it will be seen.
Another button that could be added, would be after the time period, if the staff member still hasn't resolved the problem, the appealing player could click that button (only after the average wait time is over) to get it through to another staff member.

Thanks for listening!

The unban date depends on the amount of previous bans.
I'm not sure, but I think it's 2-4 months more per ban

Not talking about that, I am talking about how long it will take for a reply from certain staff members.

Then I didn't read your post completely.. the staff go through all appeals, from the last page. (So bumping it will make it the last one staff will go through)

That's how I think it is, might be wrong though

The appeal is always assigned to the person/people that can deal with it. E.g. if it's a ban then it is assigned to the moderator who banned who has 48 hours to post evidence and then escalate it so that the appeal is assigned to ALL seniors. Another mod can't deal with it since they don't have the evidence.

If I've misread something then please tell me.

Didn't think about that, what about people who deny gcheat bans etc not based on recorded evidence to know the timeframe they will need to wait?

Appeals open to senior staff may take longer to get dealt with. There is no real time frame for those, it just depends on how active we are in doing appeals at that particular moment.
