For most of the staff members (not all of them) for the NA arena pvp community do not respond to the players in need of help. I have reported someone in the archer kit, and even got one of my friends to report them for camping. Nothing was done. Later, I was falsely muted for a week because the staff member had not realized that I was not hackusating. I have to give a lot of credit to RobotAI because I continuously see him telling people warnings to people that are camping. I think the staff members have started to turn off their pms more than what they had a few months ago. I have seen someone suspicious and I have report them using the /report command. I then try to message a staff member that this player looks a little fishy, but to my surprise, their pms are off. This was around a month ago and I have not had a problem with this type of "pms off" situtation in a while.For SG, I have to compliment the staff because they usually get to the player as fast as possible. When I used to play a lot of SG om the Badlion network, if I found someone suspicious, I would report the player and I would always see a staff member either spectating the SG match or banning the player.
For UHC I feel as if some UHC moderators don't really take in respaqns as they should. For many people (including myself) uploading footage for a respawn can be quite lengthy. Sometimes for myself, if I have evidence that a glitch or something has killed me, uploading it can sometimes take as long as 10 minutes for a 3 minutes video. This can set me and other players far back compared to anyone else in the UHC. I don't know if this can be worked around, but if possible, please try sonething.

Some Badlion staff are great and do there job perfectly, but I have noticed I have been put in many situations where I am put in a full arena server or another game of badlion and there is 0 staff in it to help or do anything, I would think full servers where staff would be most because hackers are most likely there.Posted on 26 June 2016 - 07:20 PM
Ever since the merge, badlion/kohi staff focus more on muting people that say "L" instead of other more serious punishmentsFor example, http://prntscr.com/blgc1k

I don't understand why some mods like hivlik or m0xy apply for mod when all they do is tryhard elo and not give a shit abt players. The point of applying for mod is to help players with hackers campers etc. Not to sit there try Harding elo. Back in season 6 mods didn't tryhard elo and helped and actually tped when ppl did /reportI joined badlion near the end of 2014

A good staff member is someone who would lose a match just to reply to someone. Someone who is dedicated that will actually be active. I rarely see either of these attributes in the staff. I personally think you should restructure the entire staff team.Posted on 26 June 2016 - 09:06 PM
i joined badlion 4 months agothe staff team is okay but when i try to pm them no response at all, I never go out spout bullshit to any types of staff but when i need help. I found 2 that had pm's turned off and few just ignore. I can assure you they need to focus more on individual support. Have some macros ready, if a question is repeated by people through pm, they can just auto-send that message to the individual. I dont wanna sound like im advertising but hypixel helpers does this, I dont even like that server but the "helper" team got auto macros that answer repeated questions.
I would the staff team to be more engaged on individual convos, thanks.

I don't know if i'm too late to have my say. although i shall attempt to anyway. when i was first introduced to badlion. i feel as if that was kinda when the staff team actually worked as a team. now it's like they all try to spell team with 'i' but we all know there is no 'i' in team. i was first introduced to badlion and kohi at around the same time. i at this point in time prefered kohi. no disrespect to badlion but i'm trying to be truthful. i feel as if the staff team are not built from the committed players but those who show interest. at first when a new staff member is introduced they do put work in. but once a few weeks into the position as staff they seem to lose interest yet still continuing to staff. personally i think back when i was first introduced to both kohi and badlion you could notice staff mixing in with the players whilst working hard to make the server a greater place to spend your time. but nowadays that's changed. before i go onto this next opinion i'd like to say that @atop is a great staff member but for what he did the other day was so utterly stupid. i came back to badlion after a good x amount of weeks with no play time. first day back i experience potlag, a cheater and a bad connection. of course this stuff happens but i was rather annoyed. so out of anger i said 'maybe one day badlion will be great again' or something along those lines. not only did atop attempt to roast me in chat he got extremely out of character. whether this was down to a bad day or something iv'e no clue but in the end i said 1 insult to him. and only 1. where as he said a few more than 3 to me yet i ended up with a week mute. and in my opinion if staff was to turn around and say for a start think before attempting to handle that situation the mute could have been a 15min one. i said one insult after taking many and end up with a week mute? in my opinion that is unfair and as staff your job is to correct the server and help make it a fun place to spend time. being staff doesnt put you above the players. it puts you in a position where you have to look after the players. not pick and choose when you're going to mute someone who talks back and stands their own ground.what i'm saying is staff need to go back to how they were. think about the situation before attempting to handle it. and always make sure that each player is dealt with correctly and not just how you feel they should be treated for hurting your feelings. and lastly, the staff team need to stop trying to spell 'team' with an 'i' as it will never work. you can't run a server whilst continuing to rely on a handful of rouge staff members. it just won't work.
I joined kohi and badlion on May. 2nd 2015. i was more a kohi player but did always like to visit badlion. i hope my opinion doesnt cause anyone stress and i really hope that everything i said will be taken into account. thankyou.

[His words not mine]As i said the mute doesnt bother me. but you and i both know it was wrongly placed. in this case i'm not to argue my corner due to this post kindly asking for that not to happen. i wrote here to let out my opinion. and if you [like i said] stopped taking things into your own account and stop trying to squeeze 'i' into team. you would know that in this thread ALL staff members were asked not to reply/target people for what they said. so please do the right thing and stop where you are.

It would be very very interesting if you read thisToday one of the Badlion administrators made an announcement about community, corruption, and their future relations with servers they believe exhibit things like bias'd or corrupt staff. For the lazy who don't want to read the full article, (You should) the five signs they made of a corrupt community are:
1. Moderators hide behind anonymous behaviors. If a moderator declares that they wish to remain anonymous then they are a coward and not truly a representative of the community.
2. Moderators treat certain members with special treatment. If for instance someone calls someone a bad word (racist) and is not punished because they are liked in the community. Then another user who is a nobody says the same thing and is punished for it. This is what is known as "bias"
3. Moderators handle situations in an unprofessional manner. Simply put, someone who is doing their job but is doing it in a horrible manner. E.g. they moderate the server but are depicted as; rude, arrogant, and just a general dick.
4. Moderators who do what is convenient to/for them but do not do what is best for the community. An example of this is banning a player who is cheating just because their friend is in the match that is losing as a result. Or another example is deleting threads/posts off of a community site that they disagree with that the community agrees with.
5. Moderators who protect each other when someone is clearly in the wrong. The job comes first, always and foremost. If you side with someone who has done something wrong then you are just as corrupt as they are.

I personally think that nowadays the staff is more prioritized with elo and they only take action against the people that they see in their matches. I have messaged 4 staff members so far, each for the same person who very blatantly had no knockback and killaura. No action was taken, and my message was ignored. I feel that they rely upon the GCheat to ban the hackers, so they don't take as much action against the people who truly do get past the GCheat.Posted on 29 June 2016 - 04:25 PM
My personal problem with the staff is the lack of activity, at peak times on eu servers their is literally no mods on at all even though its a peak time for eu with eu1 being full and eu2 following closely behind, also the mods seem a little less relaxed now and not willing as much to have a laugh as they used to back when i joined in 2014, it seems they have to follow the exact rules and their isnt any lenience and room to have a joke with the players.Last edited on 04 July 2016 - 04:14 PM by DRYDURAG

Well I think the mods are not doing a great job.(some) I think that we need them to stop being rude to other players. (Some) Also please ask them to stop wasting there time on this website. Just to delete posts when I say I love God. Instead they could be doing something else and deleting posts that say. "You are f(ing) annoying." Someone just posted that about me. One thing I have noticed is the lack of sg mods ingame. For some reason, back in winter of late 2015/2016, I saw more sg mods than I do now, even though there are many more. I haven't seen an sg mod since last week and I have played a consistent 15+ matches a day since then..I joined season 8 of arena pvp

I do think that the staff team is very good at monitoring chat and properly muting people but I don't think arena PvP reports are handled very well. I feel like a lot of the reports aren't seen or are just glanced over. I have reported several people teaming in FFA and no one ever shows up to stop them. Yesterday there were about 6 people teaming and ruining the game and they weren't told to stop for like half an hour. Other than that, I have had no issues with the staff and I think that most of them are hard working and good at their jobs.Posted on 16 July 2016 - 11:50 AM
The staff team does do a good job doing their work. In all I think it might be a little frustrating to have people hating on you when you don't take care of reports in time. Badlion is a big server which means the staff team is really busy. I think the staff team is doing a good job no matter what people say.I joined Badlion January 2015.
