Hong Kong players get 40ms. Don't forget about them. Also do not compare your ping to Sy*u. Compare it Kohi Asia, where most Asian players got below 100ms. Based on the statistics I got. Singapore players got 60~80ms, Indonesia got 60~90ms, Malaysia got 75~90ms and Hong Kong got 30~50ms. This is all based on the ping that players all around Asia got to Kohi Asia. I only have these countries since those are the only countries I have friends on. Since I do not want to tell lies I will not say about other countries. Though based on this statisttics everyone seems to be getting good ping. On the other hand server in Singapore would cause Japan/Korea (Big Asian Population) to get 130ms or worse.
Positive things of hosting a server in Japan.
- Better Network
- More stable host
- Good ping for Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Pacific.
- More Donations.
Cons:
- Not the best for SouthEast
Positive things of hosting a server in Singapore.
- Good ping for South East Asia and Hong Kong
Cons:
- 130ms+ for Japanese and Korean players
- Less donations

Hong Kong Servers will not work out at all there are multiple problems.

For Badlion the best option would be Japan since if the server is hosted in Japan there would be bigger population in Asia + More donations to keep up the server. So that is why Japan is better and benefits much more than Singapore or Hong Kong. MasterGberry said it would be 99% Japan so let it be hosted in Japan.

Theres like burma,vietnam,thailand,laos,cambodia,malaysia,indonesia,singapore,brunei and also we havent included indians and middle easterns. Then we also have bhutan and nepal. I also used to get 100+ on kohi asia(since this is gonna be the same host, the same ping) and I am from malaysia. No arguing here I dont think, this is a discussion thread
