If you have a key that maps to another key, it's allowed.
Exception being multiple buttons mapped to the same key, for example mapping extra buttons on razer deathadder to left click.

General rule: 1 finger, 1 button, 1 click.

Also, you can change the controls and use keys like: R, F, C, V, B, G, C, X… all of them are there, use them if you can't move your hand.
