Im with @Tyguy95 on this one. It's discouraging and it's like, whoa im such a high rating in this ladder that I can't even fight anybody… and what's the point in that? In the old system lets say that you are a 2.1k in iron, you can still basically fight anyone above 1400 and slowly rank up. This new system is basically saying if you can't rank up a certain amount, you can't play a matchIdk if im making sense, not sure how to word it
At least for less played ladders, the new system for build is nice

Yeah for me in Archer as an example, I don't mind the wait. When you are top, playing a 1400 is akin to being asleep. It's boring for me, and probably really depressing for them.
And maybe that is what the other ladders are for at certain points, right. Oh, no one good enough is on Archer at the moment. Oh well. I'm terrible at Build. Maybe I'll try and learn that XD
Oh and let's not forget elo sniping which is basically resolved because of this.
Also, if you are /that/ good at a ladder, there really is no place for you to find the challenge you are really looking for on a regular basis, to keep you satiated. Top players in a ladder should probably network and play each other a lot rather than grinding incredibly weaker players anyways.

The only problems I have with s13 right now is the wait time. Its ridiculous. Im not saying remove the new queue systym, because its actually pretty nice, but the 5 seconds before every match is annoying.
