Bow Fps Lag
So ever since badlion updated to s13 There has been a lot more bowing in build uhc. I try to bow back but i'm complete trash. The main reason is the fps lag, when I pull back my bow I get like 30-40 fps when im sword fighting 80-90. It started happening since 1.8 came out and i just learned to deal with it but I cant anymore. (it doesnt happen on 1.8) anyone know how to fix?

Are you using forge? If you are, then don't use forge, that sometimes fixes the problem.

I've seen people talk about this issue on the forums before, I think it was a texture pack issue or something?

Yea, it happens usually with HD packs, when bows are 512 pixels.

Downoload paint.net, then insert in the bow texture (there is 4 bow textures) then change the pixels to 128 pixels (If it still lags for you then change it to 64 pixels).

It's probably the bow texture, does it happen with every pack you use?

@FunkyFactions well using non forge helped the problem but i want toggle sneak, i guess im just gonna have to deal with it ;-;

just make a folder called "1.7.10_sprint" in your versions folder, and drag the 1.7.10_sprint.jar and 1.7.10_sprint.json files into it.

With certain Texture packs pulling back the bow can cause frame drops also eating gaps etc. If your using a 128x128 texture pack or above that could be the issue
