So I am going to be honest, I was not hacking on my recent appeal. About a year ago I made the appeal and said I wasn't hacking. I later HAD to say I was hacking, and make a lie about me hacking. Why don't they accept appeals when people are falsely banned? They just say "You were cheating. Denied". So basically you are screwed if you weren't hacking, and they make you lie about it. I just think that its so dumb. Also, I should not be banned after this, because I am unbanned now and I wasn't hacking.Posted on 31 July 2016 - 12:57 AM

Well I guess you are right but it is so stupid how even if you arent hacking you get banned. For example, I was not hacking and I got banned. They have not proof I was hacking, and they denied my request. I am trying to get help on why they do this.Posted on 31 July 2016 - 01:35 AM
They have logs that prove you were hacking, they do not disclose the logs as it will give hacked client developers information on how to bypass. You do not have proof you weren't hacking and the gcheat checks weren't found to be faulty sooo.Posted on 31 July 2016 - 01:37 AM

If you weren't cheating and actually put effort into your appeal, seniors are likely to do more with it. There was an appeal by someone who's name was '69th' (I think) who wrote a fairly lengthy piece on why he thought his ban was false, so I went quite far in investigating his ban (an amount of time I can't dedicate to everyone).And yes, I do know it sucks to have to write a lot, even though you feel false banned. We seniors also wish that we could put more effort into every single appeal, although we will still check GCHEAT logs before denying in any case. In the appeal try to detail what was happening when you got banned, whether you tested for any hardware faults like double clicking and any other reasons you feel you could have been banned (over clocking cpu/huge lag with void/game glitch). Don't just say 'I get good ping' or 'I was lagging and on wrong proxy' because there are reasons these excuses are barely valid.

I got a false GCheat appeal a while back, appealed and was accepted/unbanned 10 hours later. Seniors do investigate the Logs and will accept if it was in fact a false ban, but I do advise to make a long detailed appeal.Posted on 31 July 2016 - 10:01 AM

If you want to be unbanned, you have to make an appeal with sufficient proof. GCheat has the logs that detected you of hacking. You can't just be like "I wasn't hacking" then expect an unban.
