which one is more skill-based?
the way i look at it, its much easier to beat one of the best uhc players than it is to beat one of the best pot players. In uhc you can get a lucky lava or 1 combo and win the game but in pot your opponent can heal so quick they can easily recover from 1 combo so you have to be out hitting them for the whole game to win usually, unlike uhc. I find the hardest thing about pot is the movement. Good players are really hard to hit due to their excellent strafes and w taps.

I know right? In NoDebuff and Gapple some players strafe and w-tap so well and it extremely difficult to hit them.
