Bring back West proxy

A lot of players on Badlion play on na, but there are still people who play on west. There wasn't anything wrong with west, it was just the UHC's that weren't fun. Hopefully you guys can bring west back and I'm sure plenty of people would like west back too.Does anyone know why they took the west proxy away?
