so do we have to pay for this premium thing? why require a payment out of it when you could give it to everyone? wouldnt that limit the client side anticheat to only the people that purchase premium, if it even requires payment?

There will be more details, but certain parts of premium will be free. Subs will mostly pay for the constant amount of tournaments/leagues we'll be running, and paying our anticheat developers.
