I'm a Silver III nodebuff, which is lower than the average badlion player (I mean AVERAGE, Silver II is 1400) , and I know I *should* get better with practice, but I would be grateful if anyone could point out any weaknesses I have and I'll try to improve on these areas in future, and prevent myself from falling back into cheating again.Idk if this should go in the Media section, but since most people look on this section instead I'm just gonna post here.
Note: I click 6cps, hotkeys are 123456578 (9 is binded to a button on my mouse), I have bettersprint and keys are shown so you get an idea of how I pvp. (Sensitivity is at 73)
Cheers guys.

Lower your sensitivity and find other ways to reach your 6,7,8, and 9 slotsPosted on 22 November 2016 - 03:44 PM

I'm in a similar situation, maybe we can help each other out.As mentioned above, binding slots 6-9 to other keys helps. I wouldn't recommend using your mouse button for any slot, as you cannot hotkey an item in your inventory to that slot, or hotkey an item out of that slot while in your inventory. I use R, F, and C for 7, 8, and 9, respectively. The keys are close to each other, and it is easy to double pot from slots 8 and 9, because the "F" and "C" keys are close together.
I've heard that sensitivity is personal preference, but I find that lower sensitivity means more consistent playing, because a small error won't affect your playing too much.
I've noticed that I haven't been paying much attention to my movement when fighting. I like to hold down W constantly, and that leads to me getting too close to my opponent. If my opponent strafes one direction, I find that I usually compensate with my aim, and not my own strafe. Recently, I've been trying to take some load off my aim, by focusing on my movement more. I've been focused on "keeping the player in front of me" by using my movement, with aim being a "fine tuning" device.
For example, pretend I have perfect aim. I pay no attention to my movement, and just hit random movement keys. The entire burden of keeping my cursor on the opponent now falls to my aim. I frequently have to adjust my aim. However, if I try and use my movement more, I can keep the opponent "in front of me" with less effort, and just use my aim to "finish the job."
Just something that helped me recently, maybe it can help you :)

try to straight line if ur aim isnt the best and also when u get the first hit blockhit so they take a lot of kb so then its easier to start a comboPosted on 22 November 2016 - 04:39 PM
