I think for only good purposes. Maybe the relevance boost in the community was enticing, but I applied like 7 times just for arena mod, and I don't think that's simply because I wanted to be cooler.
At times, I've had my difficulties with the staff team here, but for every problem I have with the staff team there's a hundred things I like about the server. Plus, I had a very good unofficial mentor, Morsinius, and I carry a lot of his views with me today. We both have a very strong loyalty and connection to this server, and I think that's why I'm still here.
Honestly, awesome. At times it's taxing, especially when I'm doing things out of my own element (like building aesthetics or yelling at people) but the map theory for arena maps specifically was shoddy at best before I was offered a position of map manager. I love being able to utilize my experience and grasp of the gamemodes that I understand to help to design the maps to make more enjoyable gameplay.
Honestly it's pretty neutral right now. Sometimes I get worried that I'm not pulling my own weight, but I think that my value as a staff member comes not with the number of bans and mutes that I reel in, but rather in my ability to intellectually criticize the server. I have enough understanding of some of Badlion's aspects (like elo, maps, the staff team) to be able to give insightful advice and suggestions even to the owners at times, and I think that's why they keep me around.
I can, I believe. I got demoted because I didn't do enough appeals.

I've never been as interested in "traveling the world" as a lot of people seem to be. It's never been a particular dream of mine. But if I had to choose, I think I would visit somewhere in either England, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, or Italy.
I did, once. I was a Trial Host, but hosting was boring for me, and I can't always dedicate that time to a UHC.
That's a very broad question. Some of them I like, some of them I don't like, some of them I respect, some of them I don't respect. There's a lot of seniors, I certainly don't have the same opinion on each.

Probably not. I like the arena mod job, and I like the manager job, but I have some difficulties with the arena staff team in specific that I don't think a manager of that team should have.
I think a lot of the people in this community are actually very intelligent, but they dumb themselves down because they don't want to be seen as the kind of person that cares about Minecraft. They want to be edgy and cool, they follow the hive mind, and it's very unfortunate, because I think they have a lot they could add to the community and the server.
It's a medley of topics, Minecraft and not, that I find very interesting.

I think game sense is an unnecessarily fancy way to describe general experience. Take from that what you will.
Spend 5 years of your life making Minecraft your #1 priority, become pretty good at everything but not exceptionally specialized at anything, and then slowly decline in popularity and importance out of the community that once provided you with everything you deemed important as you, suffering, watch the community itself decline
Don't know you really, I've seen you around the forums a bit, and I usually have an odd amount of respect for Badlion forums shitposters.

Bow - I invented this technique I called the gun tactic. More colloquially known as the dark rust. It helped me become one of the best short-mid range players on the server for a very long time, even against players whose aim and predictions were much better than mine. Then, I started playing archer ladder, and I "invented" (if you can call it that, it's very simple) a technique known as dodging that nobody else used for a long time. It made me one of the best mid-long range players on the server for an even longer time.

I've always dedicated a lot of time to discovering the intricacies of Minecraft. I come from a community whose favorite collective pastime was understanding its own gamemode and map pool to the atom, and I carried that quality with me to Badlion. I have worked to stay on top of that for my entire time at Badlion, even more I think than anything else I've ever studied, except maybe the elo system.

I see you as an above average staff member. You seem, at least, able to form your own opinions based on facts & logic and that's something fewer people in this community have than you might expect.

That's an interesting question. A little bit vague, but I'll take it my own way - I think I have a pretty bad control over my own intelligence. It's kind of all over the place, and I have difficulty sitting down and focusing when I want to nail a thought down. I generally have to either speak it out loud or write it down, and I rarely have the attention span to do that. Usually I have to get lucky in the shower and just start talking to myself if I really wanna get an idea to its end.

It's when you wait until they load their bow you then shoot them in that 2-3 second window although it doesn't really work any more as the best players have quicker strafes and will just shoot you instead, it does sometimes work with iron if you have a quick strafe. It could probaly get you to gold 3/4

The key to archery is the strafe, aim just develops with practice, a strafe takes more thought as archery at a high level is about out thinking your opponent and reading his strafe before he reads you.
