That is a very high end PC, the fact you are asking if you would have enough fps in minecraft with it is concerning.

You should be able to stay at over 100fps 99.99999999999999999998% of the time.
100 fps isn't even good, in fact it's choppy for people with a 144hz monitor.

No… Just because you have 144hz monitor does not mean you can see 144hz. There is absolutely no point in having anything over 100hz (60hz for most people.) Especially for Minecraft.

are you kidding? you have to be visually retarded in order to not be able to see at 144hz. there is no cap on the refresh rate of the human eye, and my friend's 144hz monitor looks over twice as smooth as my 60hz monitor (what a surprise).

"no point in having anything over 100hz unless you're going into esports" well actually if you'd ever been lucky enough to play around with a 144hz monitor, you'd be crying by the time you got home, and this is coming from someone who owns a 60hz monitor yet has experienced a 144hz monitor multiple times. twice the refresh rate looks so much smoother and more aesthetically pleasing, so "60hz being fine for most people" doesnt really make any sense.

You misunderstand me. I meant that 60hz is good for the causal gamer (which is a majority of people who play games.) However, between 100hz and 144hz; there isn't much difference.
i've never heard of a 100hz monitor

I don't know the exact numbers, but they'll be high. More than you actually need. The human eye normally sees things in 60 FPS, and anything over like 120 doesn't have a noticeable change, so you're good. You'll be getting numbers much higher than that.

there's a massive difference; 100 is closer to 60 than 144.
