You seem like somebody who would make a good fit for the staff team, it is clear that you want a position or did want at one point. In order for you to get in however, you need to stop with the shitposts, stop with the usernames like "ginie4", and stop trying to tryhard help on the forums. It doesn't help your chances. Otherwise, you seem like a really cool dude and I'd like to TS with you sometime :)

I think what I put in my original Arena Application is what makes a good staff member. What was this? It's the desire and enjoyment that one has for modding. As the old saying goes, "find a job you love and you won't have to work a day in your life." It would really annoy me when people would complain about having to do apps, appeals, or even worse, "Senior Work". It's the position you signed up for, so you better like what you do.

If you were like me, however, you will find that by enjoying moderating you also perform better as a mod, are more active than the average staff member, and feel more inclined to come back for more.
