I recall Archy saying something about Badlion never offering paid unbans as it ruins the integrity of the server. Is Badlion really in that much of a struggle with money that even UNBANS are going to be sold? Besides, what will the system be with this? Can you buy as many unbans as you want or are you limited to a certain amount?

I don't know the answer to your last question, but I highly doubt that Archy or Gberry would allow more than one unban. If somebody doesn't care about their money and would buy an unban and get banned again, then they obviously will not change their perspective towards cheating and wouldn't be able to buy anymore unbans.

Correct, you will only be able to purchase 1 unban. If you get banned again then you must go through the normal appeal process. Archy and I share different opinions on this concept. We have taken it to several staff votes over the past year and a half and only the most recent poll showed a 75% in favor vs the past ones which were 25% and 50%. This has to do with different staff members being involved of course though. As another fun statistic the administration was 3/1/1 (yes/no/neutral).
We aren't sure what to price it yet, but we want to allow players to come back to Badlion with the purchase of an unban for the following reasons:
1. They lied in their appeals about not cheating and were denied. They will either come back and (a) Not cheat again because they know they will get caught or (b) Cheat again thinking they won't get banned again [and get banned again].
2. Admitted to cheating in an appeal but don't want to wait a month before being able to come back on the server.
3. Purchase/traded accounts with someone that was already banned.
4. Want to get unbanned for some other reason such as doing something stupid 6 months ago like posting a porn link or something and realizing their error.
I don't think this will get used too much (I could be wrong though). Some people might not even know about the appeal process and just look at the store for an unban because other servers do this by default. It is also sad to hear when find out the players that were banned on Badlion go over to other servers to play and just continue to cheat over there and don't get punished (that is a whole different story though).
In the end it's the mods decisions whether they want to put up with a few people that might come back on and cheat a second time again or not. Considering how many people we ban a day, I don't think its much of a problem.

Add block shots. If you shoot someone, it says how far it was ( Kinda like octc but make it so its every shot and not when you kill someone ). Make it toggleable ( When people join the server, its already off ).ex: You've shot Morsinius (69 blocks)

Yeah, that would be pretty cool. I don't know if such a little tweak is worth the hassle coding it though

I know that new maps will be implemented in 3.0 but please, I and the rest of the community (assuming) would like for ALL the maps to be amazing, and a good experience to play on. Currently many of the maps aren't very good for pvp. These are the aspects that are missing from some of the maps- pvp space
- good for pvp
- good for fps
- less reliant on fall damage

This idea may be of been largely influenced by me being a forum whoreI was thinking( I know, rare.) that additionally to the other items you'll have on your hot bar to access spectator and such, you could have an item that when you right click it would open a box verifying that you want to go to the Badlion website or the leaderboards or something
It'd essentially be the exact same thing as clicking on a link
