Random Ideas I came up with in like 7 minutes:

Name: Hidden Teams
Desc: Teams are assigned after 20/30 minutes after the game starts, and they are hidden from the tablist or other means of deducing teams

Desc: There are no mobs :D

Name: Anti-Rod
Desc: Rods break after 10 uses

Desc: Every 5-10 minutes, a message will flash in the chat for 5 seconds, those who type the message in time will get a reward. Such as 1 golden apple or 2 diamonds, nothing game breaking.

Desc: Every single sword enchant is guaranteed knockback 2 (unless by a book) and every bow is guaranteed punch 2 (unless by a book). Books themselves are not affected by this.

Desc: At night, you will have to be exposed to light every 2 minutes (heat). At day, you will have to drink a bottle of water every 5 minutes. If any of the conditions are not met, you will suffer 1/2 a heart every 20 seconds from temperature increase/decrease. Me fantasizing: there could be an additional counter on the right scoreboard telling you how long you have until you start taking damage.

If you look at the current scenarios none of them fit in with the Ines your have made. They would be good for hypixel as people try hard less. People would see these game and say 'shit host, he hosts the worst games' people wouldn't enjoy playing these.

Scenario name: Gamble - Every time you mine either Gold, Emerald or Diamonds you have a chance of either getting 1. Random potion effect 2. Up to 3 more resource then usually 3. A random mob in the overworld spawns on you

Wither Rush. Yes I might be insane but it would be fun as a one off banter gamemode which leads me to my next suggestion. Psycho UHC like what is on Banter UHC only it's a full length game.Another idea me and some friends had is there is a area a 0,0 and whilst standing on the surface in that area you will gain an additional heart probably every 5 minuets or so.

Name: Wheel of Dead
Description: This is like the event UHC Ruedita Culera by Ded. Every 5 minutes e wheel starts spinning and choose a "Punishment" or "Gift"; another wheel starts spinning at the same time as the other, and this wheel choos a "victim".
For example:
-Wheel 1:MLG, Zombie Arena, Lava Parkour, inventory switch, tp to another player or team…
-Wheel 2: Player 5, Team 132…

Name: Nether Fireless
Description: You can't be burned in the nether with fire aspect, flint and steel, lava… But you can be burned in the overworld.

Name: Traitors
Description: In a team of 3, 4 or more player there is a traitor. This traitor must kill his teammates to get stuff (Because you can't mine diamonds and you only can mine 8 of gold). If the traitor don't kills his teammates at meetup he gets poison, slowness and weakness.
For example:
This is UHC To5. If the traitor kills a teammate he gets a piece of the diamond armor, a bow, arrows, a Golden Apple, his Golden Head and a enchanting table. If this traitor kills another teammate he gets another piece of the diamond armor, arrows, a Golden Apple, his Golden Head, and a book to enchant.
But, if the you aren't the traitor and you kill the traitor you get a full diamond, a bow, arrows, 8 golden apples, his Golden Head, a enchanting table, a OP book(like Power IV, sharpness IV, fire aspect, flame, punch, protection IV…)and of course his stuff.
And, if you aren't the traitor and you kills a teammate who isn't the traitor, you get poison, slowness and weakness.
To find your teammates you have a compass, this compass give to you the coords of your teammates, but, you can only see the coords every 2 minutes.

Description: This is the cooldown of the 1.9 in the PvP of 1.8/1.7

Description: After pass 75 minutes of the start of UHC the player who is closer to the 0-0 won the UHC(if this player has 1 kill)

Scenario Name: KillTeleporter
Scenario Description: After you kill another player you will get randomly teleported around the map after 2 minutes, so you are able to loot the gear.

Triple Ores-3x Ores

Double Or Nothing-On mine of iron, diamond, emerald or gold ore you have a 50% chance of 2 of the ore dropping or no ores dropping

Flower Power-When a player breaks any random flower, there is a chance that the flower will drop a random item (excluding notch apples)

Golden Fleece-Sheep have a 60% of dropping 1 iron ingot, 30% chance of dropping 1 gold ingot, and a 10% chance of dropping 1 diamond
There is also a chance that when you kill a sheep, a skeleton wearing full gold armor will spawn

Kings-Team based fun, where one member on your team is the king. The King has some buffs, and when he dies his teammates either get debuffs or killed, depening on the host.

Loot Crates-Every 10 minutes, players will be given a "loot crate" filled with goodies. There are two tiers, an Ender Chest being tier 2 and a normal chest tier 1.

Superheroes-Each player will gain a special ability. The powers are speed 1, strength 1, resistance 2, invisibility, 6 extra hearts, and jump boost 4.

Webcage-A sphere of cobwebs spawns around a player's death location.

VeinMiner-Mining a block while shifting break blocks of the same type in a chain reaction, giving you the blocks at the end. Only works if you're using the right tool for the block type, and yes, it does break your tools.

Who's That Pokémon?-Every 5 minutes, all players will be given an "image" and first person to guess who the pokemon is gets rewarded

Bats-When a player kills a bat, there's a 95% chance of dropping a Golden Apple, and a 5% chance of killing the player.

Fast Smelting-Smelting time is reduced.

I know this is from reddit uhc but it's a little different. Red vs blue from Reddit but what would be more manageable would be red vs blue vs green vs orange or something. Seeing a team of 50-100 players with 4 teams would hectic and halarious. Just funny to see what would happen and see battles between hundreds of players
