1. Try to start a friendship with this person, get to know each other a little before you make any big moves.2. Get closer with the person, ask for their number, snapchat etc… some other way to contact them and start talking more often. Dont be too clingy however.
3. Once you become friends and talk more you can start flirting, start off slow with compliments and see how they react. If they seem to flirt back keep it going but if not go back to taking it slowly.
4. Go for it. Ask them out in a normal way and say you have had feeling for a long time, see what they say.
Rejection is honestly not that bad, sure you may feel down but maybe they weren't the right person for you. don't be scared of rejection tho, the worst they can say is no. You may be insecure but if you stay shy and small you never know what could happen. You have to take a chance and go for it all out.

All these tips are really good. Looks like we have some ladies men in this server.One thing I know is that girls love confidence, and if you have that you'll have a much bigger chance than other guys who don't. If you're confident, look her in the eyes when you talk you'll be gucci. It's nerve racking, but if you strap down and grow a pair you can do it.
