Ultra Enchantments - UHC Gamemode Idea
Have you ever gotten smite or blast protection and though, "I should kill myself!" Well, now you don't have to worry! Now, each enchant actually has a purpose!

Swords:
Sharpness: Vanilla
Unbreaking: Gives Resistance effect for the level (when holding item)
Fire Aspect: Vanilla
Smite: Summons a lightning bolt (increasing levels increases damage)
Bane of arthropods: Poisons player hit. Poison length time increases with level
Knockback: KB 1 -> KB 2, 2->3

Bow:
Power: Vanilla
Flame: Vanilla
Punch: Punch 1 -> Punch 2 effect, Punch 2 -> Punch 3 effect
Unbreaking: Gives Resistance effect for the level (when holding item)

Armor:
Protection: Vanilla
Proj Prot: Vanilla
Fire Prot: Upon taking damage, Fire Resistance is given for 1 second per level
Blast Prot: Increases Speed by 10%
Feather Falling: Gives jump boost effect per level.
Respiration: Increases good potion effects by level*25% (includes gaps but that could be changed if too op)
Aqua Affinity: Decreases bad potion effects by 50%
Thorns: Vanilla except it takes normal durability

Tool enchantments do nothing. Now I don't think this should be a troll Gamemode because it just adds a bit to the game. It should maybe be seniors only or 1-2 times per week per region.

I'm going to tag @GyllieGyllie so that he can tell me how much he likes this idea and how easily he can code it!

Gamemodes are not my call to be added or not, this is more @Archybot deciding such things

Ik, I was just asking if u liked the idea (from the perspective of playing it yourself or hosting it), and if you thought it was easy to code in your opinion.

I like the idea, although some seem overpowered. For example, Resistance 4 actually makes you immune to damage. Unbreaking would then-pun intended-be broken. I think smite and bane are common enough to make lightning and poison OP, and will just make half the fights literal hell, especially if someone gets a Bane and Fire sword. Other than those things, it could work (although bane fire and smite would have to conflict so you couldn't get all 3 on one sword (that'd be broken) and you'd have to deconflict bane smite and sharpness). Logistically, there are a lot of issues but I think it could work.

I mean poison sword is kinda just an OP fire sword that you can't put out, but I don't have a problem with the scenario. +1

+1, I don't think the poison would be that overpowered, especially as it would be poison 1 and it would only last a couple of seconds, or get an aqua affinity helmet if you don't like it ;). Also keep knockback and punch vanilla (well punch at least) because punch 2 is already OP for chasing or bowspamming people away at meetup. Imagine a KB3 sword or punch 3 bow being used in 100x100 or 50x50.

I think it would be fun and interesting though and that's what UHC is supposed to be

only for statsless, +1 I guess

+1 The poison would just be an alternate of the fire sword and wouldn't be too OP.
I would like to see these strategys developed in this gamemode.

It would have to be statless for sure due to the random aspect of things.

Also "Blast Prot: Increases Speed by 10%" Can you please explain this? I do not quite understand how blast protection translates into speed boost.
