Although I disagree with most of what you said, you bring up good points. The thing is though, Badlion is pushing out a bunch of new things at the come of season 15, and just in the near future, that a majority of the community has been dying for.Also, another problem you fail to realize is that we can't just ban with less evidence. It's unfair to those who get banned unfairly, and the numbers will just increase if we ban for less evidence, which will also kill Badlion in it's own way. We try to be fair to everyone.
We also can't just get more staff. We rely solely off of dedicated individuals who apply, and there is no way to force someone to start moderating and enjoy it. Yes, you can offer money, but this will realistically never happen, and if it did it would only force people to moderate for all the wrong reasons. If you wish to apply, go ahead. The main issue is that there seems to be a lack of interest from the community. This has also been worked on because Badlion has been urging people to apply for awhile now.
Also, 90% of the community having some sort of cheat is just plain unrealistic. If you can find cold hard evidence to back that number up, I'll believe you. But for now, this is just a number you pulled out of your ass to prove your point. Yes, it's a problem. And yes, the anti-xray, along with the anti-cheat in general, needs to improve, and will always need to do so.
At the come of season 15, I'm pretty sure GCheat gets another update (@MasterGberry to confirm) which will decrease the amount of cheaters significantly. This season has been running on for a long time, which means that GCheat has lacked an update for a long time. Also, at the come of summer there will most likely be more people applying for staff because there will generally be more players and more people with an increasing amount of free time.
Yes, hosts and some mods have xray to catch cheaters. It helps hosts catch people who use xray, cave finder, tracers, ect. Xray can also be generally helpful when watching campers, teamers, and sometimes cheaters in other gamemodes, as it can help mods see through blocks if they get in the way.
As much as you may hate the 'new shit', plenty of others like it. Plenty of others also look forward to the communal benefits that the 'new shit' has to offer in the future. It may all suck now, but if the community puts a little faith into it and supports it, then there will be more who are generally involved in it, which will in turn further growth and support for the new ideas and projects. Hey, it may not be successful now, but at least there is a positive goal in mind that a majority of people would support.

We do have plans to update a lot of things on Badlion Open including ArenaPvP & UHC + more soon (in June).I also want to quickly point out that the cheater rate on BAC protected stuff (such as BAC UHC's or Badlion Premium gamemodes) is the lowest in the entire Minecraft community. Not even 0.5% of players are cheating. Compare this to the 30% of players who are currently banned on Badlion Open or the 12.5% of people Hypixel has banned for cheating (going off Watchdog stats).
The reality is if the Minecraft community doesn't want to be overran by cheaters and self implode as it slowly is people need to change and accept the offerings that new technologies like client anticheats are bringing.
There is literally 0 excuse for anyone who plays legit on Badlion Open UHC's to not be playing BAC UHC's when Badlion Client 1.1 rolls out. It has every feature of Badlion Open (except mods/hosts which are going to get added soon) and is the ultimate solution to avoiding cheaters.
We still plan on supporting Badlion Open and trying to keep it as a cheat free place but with the clients getting very advanced now the time of server anticheats is coming to an end slowly and client anticheats will be the way forward.

Badlion is growing more for each day. New updates each week. The only reason people say Ultra is better right now (wich it is not in a mile) is because ultra has not had the experience with cheaters like badlion has. This thread is so wrong in so many ways!Badlion is a great server and it will always be a great servr!

EU UHC IS DYING. before games would fill just with donors and ppl who got whitelisted.for.the last week or so you can just join. huge decrease in players well already the good ones. all gone to ultra. sorry typed on my.broken phone. reply to other when I'm home

I do believe it is! I think badlion is growing, both updates and players.
