Rank Transfer

I own the account OlympicPvP and Gopple and on the account OlympicPvP I have a rank. I was wondering if you could transfer the rank on to my main account which is Gopple. I don't know how to prove that I own both of the accounts, but you can check the IP's of both of the accounts and they should both be the same.https://gyazo.com/3ead06565e75f230456bf1445c486eea

Because they've had issues with forum accounts being compromised and ranks being stolen in the past.
