Gold II is good
Emerald IV is a 2k
Emerald II is really good
Diamond V is top of the top
And Masters is Masters

I'd disagree with NoDebuff. I used to be Gold V NoDebuff (I got drained), and I'm terrible at the kit.
For NoDebuff I'd say somewhere around Emerald V

Truefully any rank. in my opinion you can be skilled and still be a silver 1, you don't know if the other player is playing to there best ability, and you can start out at a not so good rank and climb within a day, Ranks are labels They don't determine your true skill & Possibility.
