At what rank can you say some1 is skilled?

imo:gold v ur not very skilled
gold 3 ur average
gold 1 is decent
emerald 5 - 3 good
emerald 2 - 1 is excellent
diamond 5 - 2 is all star
diamond 1 is superstar
masters is the best

So when you will look at my stats , you will see that my best rank where silver 1 in build … but I Knox I'm playing in 3kits , archer uhc and build but I don't improve my rank while I beat many "high level " (for me lol) I beat many golds emeralds… So i think my rank isn't representative for my level … that's just my opinion …
