The current group of staff members we have on the whole are intelligent so we definitely have quality but not quantity. I was surprised when there were no senior promotions as the arena senior team is currently fairly inactive or there just aren’t enough of them. I’d also like to see us accept a lot more trials as currently I feel we are being a bit too picky. You can always fail them if they aren’t up to the standard.
Opinion? Was surprised and delighted when you came back as a CM. You’re doing some work behind the scenes that a lot of the CM’s aren’t aware of but it’s vital to both the CM team and the community. I think we share similar views as to how the CM team is currently and I always enjoy it when we do talk. I have a lot of respect for you and I definitely look forward to chatting with you more during the coming months.
