PvPBOT on ArenaPvP S16

I don't know why is it hard pvp dojo manage to do it, it was only for soup but it worked

It glitches out so many times in that video lol. To make something that truly thinks and acts like a human is not super easy. To make something that you spam movements and attacks to get closer and attack a target is not hard >_>

All of you people saying bots are better than people.
Imma teel u a gay cringy ass story

So there is a cubing community ( a community which solves Rubik's fast)
So there is a type of event called Rubik's cube Fewest Moves. As the names says it someone has to solve the Rubik's cube in least moves possible. The world record in the past for the fewest moves was 20 moves, and some of ypu guys may know the gods algorithm which basically solves a cube in 20 moves. Today if you look at the WCA (world cubing association) world records page
https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/results/regions.php the fewest moves WR is 19 moves and is achieved by 3 people. Hence, humans are better.

Ok, the bot will be beaten soon

the bot has been beaten but will never be beaten again because the bot learns everything the players do against him, making it impossible to beat him twice in a row and soon will be simply impossible to beat at all

Will be nearly impossible to design a bot that varies playstyles and other things that makes it like a player

I personally find the fewest moves category hard to judge. All cubes have to be able to be solved in 20 moves whatever the scramble. However, it's totally possible to have a scramble that has 19 (naturally), so it's also heavily luck based. A bot, given that it's coded correctly, can always solve a cube in the fewest number of moves, similar to humans, however since more humans have attempted it than bots, naturally they're better.

Tl;dr bots are still better than humans

This was already suggested, and archy said he doesn't have time for it at the moment.

Read up on machine learning. Bots cam account for every single possible keystroke input and counter it. At the end of the day, every high level player is just making keystrokes based on what he sees, just like in chess a high level player is able to see what's happening and make moves based on that. While a professional level chess player can look ahead 10 or even 15 moves (I'm no pro lmao), bots can look ahead hundreds. They can look ahead hundreds of moves and perfectly counter them the same way they can look ahead thousands of keystrokes and perfectly counter them. Humans cannot compute the same data as bots can nor do they have the same reaction time, which means that it's physically impossible for humans to be better.

+1 nice idea, they would however need to be very advanced. A few pvp servers already have pvp bots, but they all have some issues with them. So I guess even if they start working on this, it will take long.
