When I said server I meant the whole network, If Kohi got its own staff and dev team who enjoyed HCF I don't understand why facs would be an issue. It failed on bl because the playerbase isn't apart of the HCF community and by the time it realeased the Kohi players had started to leave.

The reaction of Velt and Arcane players when they see Kohi has returned: 'Oh that's pretty cool'. They won't extensively play it because any avid HCF player doesn't just play Velt and Arcane, they have invested in them. They own ranks, lives, keys/crates etc. They know their current community very well and they would lose these things if they were to play Kohi Facs again, and so wont at all.

While that's true that won't stop them from playing another server. From personal experience if something better or more nostalgic in this comes out they will play it no matter what ranks they have on another server.

You raise a good point, such was the case for HCTeams but having premium on Shotbow and then permanently playing MineHQ wasn't that big of a deal as the rank didn't have that many advantages. The meta for HCF has changed; it may as well be called Softcore Factions. Kits, crates, keys are the new norm and players won't play without them unfortunately, and i find it unlikely that the administration would add them to Kohi Facs. Don't forget the deathbans now are as little as 5 fucking minutes long. I thought Kohi was originally taking the piss with 3-1 hour deathbans instead of the shotbow 3 days, but as i said: Softcore factions.
Edit: In my previous posts i referred to a pot pvp server called 'Strawhats' (like Badlion, it was similarly named after a faction). Now when i arrived at this community it had long been shut down. I always watched videos from the server and wondered what it would've been like to play and wanted to play it (all the owners were around at the time). It re-opened for a bit, and i didn't give a fuck. No one did. Now an argument against this is that I'll admit Strawhats didn't have this mysterious 'aura' around it like Kohi does currently, but I imagine the situation would be the same.

mainly I am a practice player, when I play Minecraft for fun I just go to a practice server and listen to some music and take some time to reflect, so I didn't played like a lot of HCF, I don't know many things about this gamemode, but the vibes from this community were so relaxing and "chill" as the cool kids says, I know that the whole community can't come back on a main server as it was during Kohi's time but it will still be a lot of fun to play this if it is coming back, heven if it's one day on the year or just an hour :)
I really liked playing on Kohi and I think that a lot on people liked it as I liked heven players that play other servers or that just went away from the game, so please everyone is asking for it, the only ones that are not for it's comeback are at the head of this server …
So please make Kohi back…

Kohi was a practice server as well though? Just because most hcf servers are currently p2w does not mean that players won't enjoy a non-p2w map. You say that the negatives outweigh the positives but you don't seem to list anything other than that the community won't like HCF?
