Onestly.I've been playing since season 14 and being trough season 15 and start of 16 I don't like it I liked the atmosphere that there was in season 4 and I think if MMR was improved and there was an option to do MMR with no "fear" queque system I think it would turn out pretty okay.

No, this would divide up the community and kill off Arena. It should only have one Arena per region

Even having only 30% of the community wanting MMR, 70% still does (from what you said). Badlion will chose the majority vote and will stay consistent in their choices. Therefore, no two arena servers and no loop holes around it.Obviously, MOST of the community is interested in ELO over MMR, therefore Badlion will continue with ELO.
