Have you taken anything from Badlion and been able to apply it to your life or vise versa? I’ve learnt several things along the way but probably the most important being during my time as a staff member I learnt how to deal with people’s mistakes a fair bit better and realised the benefits of reactng to idiocracy better.

Thoughts on Badlion as a whole? Needs a saving grace which will relite the numbers and I think instead of “listening to the community,” we just need to pump out lots of new ideas and hope one sticks hard if that makes sense.
Thoughts on the staff team? Several extremely capable people but also filled with idiocracy. It’s far too political for my liking and there is too much ass-licking. Seniors and managers also get far too comfortable leading to inactivity up there
