Badlion client won't launch after win 10 1903 update

I just updated to win 10 1903 and then i experienced this problem, so i launched blc and i got "sorry, this application cannot run under a virtual machine" i am not trying to run it in a virtual machine and the problem started after i updated windows to 1903is this a known problem?
edit: looks like also when i launch blc and i click ok on the pop up it pops up the same error again and again until i kill it with task manager

If this doesn't work, disable Virtualization in the BIOS.

If you still have this issue theres a few things you can try:1. Disable Windows Sandbox, Windows sandbox will trigger something for badlion client to react to it as if the PC is a VM.
2. Restart, this is crucial as this fixes most things and alot of configuration settings need a restart
3. Re-install Badlion client, it will tell you if you want to disable Hyper V even if you havent enabled it, just keep using Yes.
