Client refuses to run

I tried to install Badlion on my laptop but when I try to run it it said "Sorry, this application cannot run under a virtual machine."Problem is I didn't have Hyper-V enabled in the first place and reinstalling and restarting doesn't help. I'm running Windows 10 Pro 1809 17763.652
After a while, I'll open saying that some files are missing even though I installed with antivirus turned off and whitelisted it's folder when I turned it back on. I have Bitdefender 2020 installed but I don't have this problem on my PC.
Anyone know what is causing this problem?

Thanks for the help guys, disabling virtualization in BIOS did the trick
