error installing BAC

Sorry, I tried to install the badlion client in its latest version and I got this error, I would like a solution.
Error: It seems that your Internet connection is not available! Reconnect and click retry to resume.
Pdta: I have already installed the different versions of the client before and this problem used to happen to me but I was trying to retry and it worked, now it doesn't work that way, my internet is stable I don't know why this problem is due.

Try enabling TLS 1.2 On Internet Explorer.

Ahora tengo otro problema , cuando se termina de instalar correctamente , inicia el BAC y revisa si hay actualizaciones , y apeaar de haber instar el BAC en su última versión , sale otro instalador y cuando termina de volver a instalar , el acceso directo del BAC se corrompe y no abre la aplicación me sale para eliminar el acceso directo.

Now I have another problem, when it finishes installing correctly, start the BAC and check for updates, and despite having installed the BAC in its latest version, another installer comes out and when it finishes reinstalling, the BAC shortcut will be corrupts and does not open the application I get to remove the shortcut.**
