I was installing Badlion but midway into it, it said "Your internet connection seems to be unavailable! Please reconnect and click Retry to resume." I reconnected to my WiFi, but that still didn't work.

I am on a Windows 8.

I unfortunately do not use Internet Explorer, but use Chrome.

Go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options > Advanced > Scroll down till you see TLS 1.2
Tick the "Use TLS 1.2" box, click on "Apply", then click on "Ok".

A bit late but how exactly do I get to the control panel?
