Schemetica not working

Ive tried both singleplayer and my own server (with the badlionclientmodapi) but on both i cant get schemetica working. Everytime i place it down and i can see the schemetica itself and build, but the printing system doesnt work for me, when i turn printer on nothing happens.Ive followed this video:

Try turning down place delay and turn on place immediately or try standing on real block first.( I’m not the best with Schematica so if this isn’t true sorry ) and if none of these work, try following this tutorial https://www.badlion.net/wiki/schematica-modIf that doesn’t work, then this might be a bug related to what version you are / a new bug
