Refunding after 48 hours... or transfer?
I bought an account but I did the wrong thing I bought an account (MC) and bought a cape for the account and the account was rejected payment so it was taken away I don't have the cape anymore or the account could I get a refund. I would like to talk to support because this is way more complicated then it needs to be it's so hard to get in contact with support team about this.

That does not really answer my question I would like to directly contact support with my problem or I will call the bank and force a charge back.

You can make a payment support thread to ask for a refund in the first 48 hours here -> https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/37. I’m not sure about making exceptions for things like this if you’re over the 48 hours limit though.
