Hello,Make sure that you have a stable internet connection, and make sure that your firewall and antivirus aren't blocking BLC installation. Also, make sure that you’re not using any VPNs. If that didn't work, enable TLS 1.2 (https://www.badlion.net/wiki/TLS-1.2).

Hello,Just to make things clear, does the error message show this error - "Your internet seems to be unavailable! Please reconnect and click retry to resume"?
If it does, can you check and tell me if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system?

Hello,Follow these steps to manually download the application package:
1. Download https://client-updates.badlion.net/badlion-client-2.11.2-x64.nsis.7z but don't open it. Just download it.
2. Then go to https://client.badlion.net/ and download the latest version of Badlion Client. Then run the installer.

Hello,If you followed those two steps and installed Badlion Client but now can't use it because of another problem, check again if the antivirus, Windows Defender and firewall are not blocking Badlion Client's connections. Go through each of them and disable them or add Badlion Client to whitelist (if the antivirus provides such an option).
Once you have checked everything again but the client is still not loading, submit a bug report. Give the client time to run on authenticating, like 1-2 minutes, and then click on "Submit Bug Report" at the bottom of the client (https://www.badlion.net/wiki/how-to-submit-bug-reports).

I clicked on "Sumbit Bug Report" but opening the page400
Bad Request
Failed to authenticate. Please log out of the Badlion Client and log back in and try to sumbit the bug report again.
It looks like you suffocated in a wall please respawn on the homepage
But I logged out and logged back like 10-15 times but nothing.
Can I sumbit a bug report with telephone, but without logs?

Hello,If you are sure you have disabled everything that might be blocking BLC connections, go to https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/108 and make a thread. Explain the problem.
Admins or developers might ask you to upload logs manually.
