Hello,

- Make sure you are not using any VPNs
- Make sure firewalls and the antivirus are not blocking Badlion Client installation
- Make sure you are running the latest version of the installer. It can be downloaded from here: https://client.badlion.net/
- Make sure to enable TLS 1.2. Here's the tutorial: https://www.badlion.net/wiki/TLS-1.2

Copy and paste (not click) this link into Internet Explorer (not into Chrome or any other browser) - https://client-updates.badlion.net/Badlion%20Client%20Web%20Setup%202.12.0.exe

^ That solution is from https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/242983/post/1280442#1280442
Let me know if it worked or not so I can assist you further.

If you are sure you have disabled your antivirus and firewall and you're not using any VPNs (like Hamachi) or proxies, then follow these steps:
1. Download the application package:
- If you have a 32bit operating system, download this one: https://client-updates.badlion.net/badlion-client-2.12.0-ia32.nsis.7z
- If you have a 64bit operating system, download this one: https://client-updates.badlion.net/badlion-client-2.12.0-x64.nsis.7z
Note: if you don't know which operating system you have, check this tutorial.
2. Once you have downloaded the right file, don't extract/open it or anything, go straight to the website and download the Badlion Client installer. Then open that installer (Badlion Client Web Setup 2.12.0).
