I can't play any games because of this message. I can't see any games versions and if I click launch, cilent will show this…I have checked my internet connection and firewall but it was no good…It may causes by my country? I live in China……But the other players(like some video uploader on bilibili)can use the cilent and launch game…
(I am Chinese…So if there are some grammar mistakes or spelling mistakes and you don't understand them……You can ask me what did I mean…)

Hello,Make sure you are not using any VPNs (like Hamachi) and make sure to disable your antivirus or if your antivirus has an option to whitelist programs, then make sure to whitelist Badlion Client.

It's no good now…I tried to reinstalled Badlion again.Then it can launch for 1 time. But next time it can't launch again…

If you are sure your antivirus and firewall are not blocking Badlion Client connections, submit a bug report through the launcher by clicking on "Submit Bug Report" at the bottom of the launcher (https://www.badlion.net/wiki/how-to-submit-bug-reports). @Xyz_xyz_xyz_xyz If you are getting the 400 Bad Request error, then relog on the launcher and forums.Before you submit a bug report, disable your firewall and antivirus and then try launching Badlion Client again. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and make sure you are not using any VPNs.

Same issue here.Windows Defender Firewall is completely turned off
I don't have any VPNs
My internet connection is stable and quick
When I try submitting a bug report, it just says "Error 400 Bad Request: Failed to Authenticate"
Update: I can submit a bug report now but still can not start the game

same issue here, yesterday everything was fine and i didn't change anything since then so.edit: fixed after restarting client 10 times lol.
