Add any mod to the client
Posted on 27 March 2020 - 12:20 PMthere was always a problem with clients is that they don't give such freedom of choice like forge,
so my suggestion is: adding an API for customizing added mods so they work with the BadLion's gui and let you use mods you like easier
Posted on 27 March 2020 - 12:29 PMIf this was an option, people would add mods that give players an unfair advantage.
Posted on 27 March 2020 - 12:55 PMdoesn't the client side anticheat take care of that? + what if we make every mod review-able for the public on the forums or you can download it and test it in-game

BAC is enabled when you are playing only on a BAC protected server.

What if people added mods that had secret features that could be enabled by pressing a key or combination of keys? Then it would require a developer or anyone else who knows that stuff to go through each mods code to find something that would potentially cause players to gain an unfair advantage. I don't think we have enough resources to do that.
We have this forum section for a reason (and also a discord channel in our discord server - discord.gg/Badlion). People can suggest mods. Staff always checks mods suggestions.
